Your enquiries
We use the contact, vehicle, registration plate and issue details you submit to respond to your enquiry and arrange services. Enquiries are sent to our business inbox through Lovable’s managed email service. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Advertising tracking
When advertising is allowed, our Google Ads tag shares browser/device information, page activity and advertising cookie identifiers with Google to measure advertising and improve ad performance. An enquiry conversion is reported only when our email service accepts the enquiry for sending, not when someone visits the thank-you page. This does not confirm email delivery or a booking. Call-link clicks are also reported to Google; a click does not establish that a call connected or a service was booked. No enquiry fields or contact details are shared for customer matching.
We check your country through our website’s geographic lookup. Where permission is required, or the region is unresolved, advertising tags remain blocked until you accept. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you refuse or your browser signals an opt-out.
Choices and withdrawal
Reject or withdraw advertising permission at any time in Privacy & cookie settings. Changes apply immediately to advertising consent, including other open tabs. Previously blocked activity is never replayed. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable advertising.
Your browser stores a random visitor reference, country, choice, time, notice text/version and choice history, preserving acceptance evidence when you withdraw. These records stay on your device. Clearing website storage removes them and may cause us to ask again.
For each accepted enquiry and call-link click, this browser session also stores a reference, time, region and advertising choice at that moment. These records stay on your device and are not sent to Google. Blocked conversions are never replayed after later acceptance.

External services and contact
